BY PLANE

Trieste Airport (Ronchi dei Legionari), 33 km from Trieste
International and domestic flights.
A bus service (no. 51 – see timetable) links the airport with the terminal in Trieste town centre next to the railway station.

BY CAR

Motorways: from Venice, Udine/Tarvisio, Ljubljana
Motorway exit: A4 Venice-Trieste. After the Monfalcone-Lisert toll barrier leave the motorway at Sistiana and follow the SS14 “Costiera”, then follow directions to the “Centro” (24 km from the toll barrier).
Ljubljana-Trieste: after crossing the border go straight on towards Opicina and follow signs for Trieste and then “Centro” (10 km from the border).

The railway station is eight minutes’ walk from Molo Audace.
